INSURANCE

Insurance is Obligatory for physical Damages caused to people in a car Accident.
This insurance is included in the rent rate covering the following:

Medical, surgical expenses, pharmacists and hospital.
1. Surgical medical expenses, pharmacists and hospital 500 legal minimum wages.
2. Permanent incapacitation180 smld
3. Death of the victim 600 smld
4. Funeral expenses 150 smld
5. Transport expenses 10 smld.


Smld: legal minimum daily wage in Colombian pesos,
equivalent to 13,600 pesos per day.

Insurance for Damages or Robbery to the Vehicle
The insurance is included in the rent rate.
Covers expenses superior to USD 500 or 75 Smdl, 1.000.000, Colombian pesos; inferior damages for these figures
will be in charge of the client; if the customer wants a coverage for 100%, he-she should pay her contract with a
credit card: American Express, Visa, Mastercard which should be platinum or gold, having to give up the offered
insurance  by the company in the rent contract. The insurance offered by MILANO RENT CAR is exclusive for cars
rented, in the event of complaints, MILANO RENT CAR will assume responsibility.

RCE Insurance
This RCE insurance is included in the rent fee and covers the following ítems:
This insurance covers material damages that you may cause to a third party, injuries and death for values up to
200 smml; this insurance covers costs superior to $ 1,000,000 pesos (USD$ 500).

Insurance for Unemployed gain
This insurance covers the time the car is immobilized by reason of accident or robbery, in charge of the client,
not included in the rent rate, the company renounces this collection for the purchase of this insurance. This
insurance is optional, average cost newspaper $15.000  pesos.
